Web development & digital marketing

We build the website. Then we make sure people find it.

Little Stream Industries designs, builds and looks after websites for small and growing businesses — and runs the search, ads and social media that send customers to them. One team for both, so nothing falls through the cracks.

Services

Two things, done properly

Most small businesses don’t need an agency with twelve service lines. They need a website that works and a reliable way to get people to it. That’s what we do.

Web development

Websites that load fast, read well on a phone, and make it obvious how to contact you. Built on tools you can hand to anyone later.

  • Business websites — the pages that explain who you are, what you do, and how to reach you.
  • Landing pages — single-purpose pages built to turn ad traffic into enquiries.
  • Online stores — product catalogues, local payment gateways, delivery and stock setup.
  • Redesigns & rescues — for sites that look dated, load slowly, or nobody can edit any more.
  • Care plans — hosting, backups, security updates and small content changes, handled monthly.

Digital marketing

Getting the right people to the site — and being able to show you, in numbers, whether it worked. No vanity metrics, no guessing.

  • Google Business Profile & local SEO — so you show up when someone nearby searches for what you sell.
  • Google Ads — search campaigns aimed at people already looking to buy, managed to a budget you set.
  • Meta Ads — Facebook and Instagram campaigns, with the audiences and creative to match.
  • Social media management — a realistic posting schedule you can actually sustain.
  • Monthly reporting — enquiries, calls, spend and what we’re changing next month. One page, no dashboards to decipher.

How we work

Four steps, no mystery

You always know what’s happening, what it costs, and what we need from you next.

  1. A proper conversation

A 20–30 minute call or WhatsApp chat. What the business does, who you want to reach, what’s not working now. Free, and there’s no obligation at the end of it.

  2. A written quote

You get a document listing exactly what will be built, what it costs, what happens monthly after launch, and how long it will take. One price. You approve it before any work starts.

  3. Build and review

We build, then show you the real thing on a private link — not a picture of it. You give feedback, we fix it, and we don’t go live until you’re happy.

  4. Launch, then grow

We put it live, set up tracking so enquiries are measurable, and hand over every login. From there you can run it yourself or keep us on monthly to maintain and market it.

Pricing

What it costs

Every quote is fixed and written down before work begins. Two businesses rarely need the same thing, so we price the job, not the hour.

Website projects are a once-off build cost. Marketing and care plans run monthly, month to month — no lock-in contracts, cancel with 30 days’ notice. Google and Meta ad spend is paid by you, directly to them, so you can see exactly where it goes.

What moves the price

How many pages
A five-page business site is a different job to a forty-page catalogue.
Selling online
Payments, delivery rules and stock add real work. Worth it if you’re selling; skip it if you’re not.
Who writes the words
Cheaper if you supply the copy and photos. We can write and source them if you’d rather not.
Ongoing work
Ads management, content and maintenance are monthly. You choose which, if any.

Quotes are free and you’ll usually have one within two working days of our first call.

Questions

The things people ask first

How long does a website take?

A straightforward business site is usually two to four weeks from the day we have your content. Online stores take longer. The single biggest cause of delay is waiting on text and photos from the client, so we’ll tell you upfront exactly what we need from you and when.

Do I actually own the website?

Yes. The domain, the hosting account, the website files and any ad accounts are registered in your name, and you get every login. If you ever want to move to another provider, nothing is held hostage. We think that’s the only honest way to do it.

I already have a website. Can you work with it?

Usually, yes. We’ll look at what you have and tell you honestly whether it’s worth fixing or whether rebuilding will cost you less in the long run. Sometimes the answer is “your site is fine, you have a marketing problem” — we’ll say so rather than sell you a rebuild you don’t need.

Do I have to sign up for something monthly?

No. You can pay once for a website and walk away with it. Monthly care plans and marketing are optional, run month to month, and can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Hosting and the domain do carry a small ongoing cost from the providers themselves — we’ll show you what that is before you commit.

How much should I spend on ads?

It depends on what a customer is worth to you and how competitive your industry is. We’ll work that out with you on the first call rather than guess. If your budget is too small to compete in paid search, we’ll tell you and point you at cheaper ways to get found first.

Do you work with businesses outside your area?

Yes — most of the work happens over calls, WhatsApp and email, so location rarely matters. If you’re nearby and would rather meet in person, we can arrange that too.

What if I don’t know what I need?

That’s normal, and it’s what the first call is for. Tell us what the business does and what you’re trying to fix. We’ll tell you what we’d do and what it would cost, and you decide from there.
